Hi, my name is Eva Dayananthan. I grew up in Orange County. I have chemical engineering major from UCLA, lived in Italy then settled into managing a team at PepsiCo for my first job. I loved being part of something big. I then joined Target and love the dynamic supply chain environment. Since then I have held various roles within Target, but Product Management on the Innovation Team is my absolute favorite role I have ever had.

 

Eva Dayananthan is a Chemical Engineering Major from UCLA who can learn anything! She has expertise and proven success in Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics and now her passion: Product Management. She has worked for PepsiCo and Target for a combined 15 years including 7 years of direct team management. During the Logistics chapter of her career, she led up to 10 vendor relationships supporting 187 stores across 8 states. Now she works with teams to build architecture and capabilities in the entire Target supply chain distribution network across 40 sites. She now has over 2 years of Product Management leadership experience on the Innovation team with proven ability to deliver user focused capabilities in a cross functional environment. Being Senior Product Manager is by far her favorite role she has ever had!

Eva loves to grow, demonstrate that grit leads to success, and use empathy to drive results as a Senior Product Manager.

Beyond her work, she is also a devoted mother, an active member of her community, a proud owner of dogs, and a skilled martial artist.
